Houseplant Care Guide: Pothos

Clare Haynes

One of the easiest houseplants, Pothos are fast-growing, fuss-free and easy to propagate! Sometimes also known as 'Devils Ivy'. Common varieties include Pothos Snow Queen, Pothos Gold, Pothos Marble and Pothos Green + Gold.

To keep your Pothos plant happy simply follow these easy tips!

Light: Pothos like bright indirect light, however may manage in low to no natural light environments.

Water: Pothos are easy to care for, however, may rot due to overwatering; we suggest allowing your Pothos to dry out between waterings. Leafs will pucker and droop when needing water.

Nutrients: Feed regularly, following the instructions and dosage specified by the houseplant fertiliser. We recommend using Plant Runner plant food or We the Wild 'Grow' liquid plant food.

Other: Pothos are easy to propagate, simply snip below a node and place in water until roots form.

Difficulty: Very Easy
